The Team of Lee, Cassie & Sophie were amazing. Through a very sad and stressful period they were all helpful, kind and accommodating. Their knowledge and advice helped my whole family.

This was the first time using WH Putnam (Streatfield Road) and we would like to thank not only Sophie, Cassie and Lee but the whole WH Putnam team who took care of my mum from her collection through to the day of the funeral. The team showed empathy, kindness and support at every step.

Sophie, Cassie and Lee were exceptional in guiding us through such a difficult time. They were professional, respectful and nothing was too much trouble. Their attention to detail was excellent. From the Order of Service to every detail on how mum was laid out was perfect. Their compassion towards my dad, who has mobility issues, was truly appreciated. All these elements helped make the funeral day that little bit easier for the family and ensured that the day went smoothly and with dignity.

Once again, thank you to the whole team and we would have no hesitation in recommending their service to others.

The lovely staff at Putnam - Cassie, Lee and Sophie - did a wonderful job looking after us, while organising our parents' funerals in July 2024 and February 2026. They patiently explained everything to us and never rushed us to get the final arrangements confirmed. Both days went perfectly and Lee in particular was able to accommodate any last-minute adjustments. We are very grateful for their help and support at such a strange and difficult time, thank you.

Thanks to cassie, sophie for going through the process of organising my mums funeral ( agnes copplestone ) and to lee on thr day the serrvice was held , especially having mums relations coming down from her home town from ellon nr aberdeen , its was a grea t tribute to say farewell to mum

I want to thank paula lee and the whole team for helping me lay my father to rest without tou guys i dont know what i wpuld of done , i want to thankyou for bringing my dad all the way from croydon to be home with me where i can be able to go and see him and have that special time , i want to thank paula for making me a cup of tea to be able to have with my dad that was so loverly i am so thankful for meeting you guys ... alomg the way storys happened and i will never forget any of you x i made the best disision by bringing daddy here ... everyrhing tou have done for me will and cant ever be forgotten ...please take care guys and a huge thankyou from me and my brother simon x all the best .the funeral was absolutly beautiful . And i am so happy we gave him the perfect send off .
