I was satisfied with the service from beginning to end from everyone I had contact with. What I noticed was that everyone was in the loop with arrangements and I didn’t have to speak to only one person. I found the staff friendly and professional, always willing to help and take stress off me. Always willing to answer questions and provide advice and support. On the funeral day, everything went smoothly and the staff were respectful and willing to help in any way necessary and they did not rush us but allowed us time and space to grieve.

Honestly, my experience with Putnams and the team was amazing. Especially Cass and Shane, who were my absolute rocks. They took the stress out of a very stressful time and were there any time I needed anything, and ensured that everything ran perfectly. I also knew that my loved one was being taken care of, with dignity and respect, and that in itself meant the absolute world. In a difficult and painful time I felt as much at ease as I could. This was the first time using WH Putnam (Streatfield Road) and we would like to thank not only Sophie, Cassie and Lee but the whole WH Putnam team who took care of my mum from her collection through to the day of the funeral. The team showed empathy, kindness and support at every step.

Sophie, Cassie and Lee were exceptional in guiding us through such a difficult time. They were professional, respectful and nothing was too much trouble. Their attention to detail was excellent. From the Order of Service to every detail on how mum was laid out was perfect. Their compassion towards my dad, who has mobility issues, was truly appreciated. All these elements helped make the funeral day that little bit easier for the family and ensured that the day went smoothly and with dignity.
