3 months before we used Putnams for my dad, we used a different funeral directors ( a very large company) for my mum- it was horrendous I’m still fighting with them-

I would just like to share my experience with Putnam Funeral home
Admittedly one of the worst days of my life the staff was so caring and understanding and made the whole process so easy for me and my family. The contact we had with Paula was outstanding. She is so caring and I literally think of her now as a family member because of how she treated myself and my family.
If you’re thinking about a Funeral home, I highly recommend Putnam as they took care of everything for us during and after the service I honestly can’t express just how fantastic they are

Dear Cassie, Lee & Sophie

We just wanted to say a big and massive heartfelt thank you for all you have done for mum, and our dad's dear wife, and for all of us over the last few weeks.

From the very moment when' I'd first called and spoke to Sophie a couple of weeks before mum passed away knowing what was inevitably to come, and then when you came and took mum into your care, we knew she was in safe hands, but that was always going to be the case as we saw with another dear relative you looked after last year.

Cassie, you took great care of us when we came to see you as a family the next day and gave us all the time we needed, guiding us every step of the way. You are an extraordinary person and your kindness that day and with all of our interactions with you, as is the same with Sophie and Lee won't be forgotten. It takes special people to do what you all do, and it's been quite humbling, and puts a lot of other things which aren't really very important, into perspective.

We were pleased to see mum at the Chapel, back and as beautiful as she always was - thank you, Cassie. Mum's funeral was a good day for lots of reasons made all the better by the wonderful team at Putnam's - please could pass on our thanks to those colleagues who also looked after mum and us on the day. Thank you.

This is the second time we have entrusted Putnams to arrange and care for our loved one and I can honestly say that their service is the absolute best.
We have felt supported every step of the way. From the collection of our mum, to the funeral and cremation, everything has been so professional and also so very kind. Cassie and Lee have been excellent and have made this all so simple and pain-free. On behalf of our family we recommend them wholeheartedly and send them huge thanks from us all.

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Lee Dimmock for all his help and professionalism while taking care of my mother and all the arraignments pertaining to her funeral at Golders Green Crematorium on the 23rd of May. He went above and beyond in keeping our family informed and often inquired about anything he could do to make this difficult process a little bit easier to endure. He also put us in touch with Catherine Regan, a Civil Funeral Celebrant Who created a wonderful ceremony that beautifully celebrated our mother's life, I know I speak for the rest of my family and the numerous friends and associates that attended the service, that we could not have hoped for a better send off for our beloved Matriarch.
