Paula!!! Paula made this process so easy. Funerals and deaths are hard already and all you need is someone who is patient and understands. Paula dealt with us like pros and never ever judged. I really appreciate all that Paula did and i will be recommending this funeral directors to others who will need the service! Thank you!!!

I was recommended Wh Putnam, Edgware and it was certainly the right choice. Paula and Lee run this branch.
At such a difficult and sad time, Paula on reception was sympathetic, caring and nothing was any trouble. Paula's very pleasant personalty was so reassuring and made everything possible to understand, likewise, Lee explained in detail all the days movements and timings with a compassionate approach, this also was reassuring. Evrything from initial contact with this branch to the end of service went extremely well. Thank you both very much.

I could not recommend Lee and the team highly enough. They were professional, efficient, friendly and so considerate and thoughtful throughout the whole process and made this difficult time alot easier.

We picked Putnam to arrange a cremation for our family member because we had previously lived close the the Harrow Branch (although we now live in the Reading area) and we had heard that they were very good. This did indeed prove to be the case and Cassie, who we initially spoke with, was very good when we went into the Harrow Branch to book the service and Shane, who oversaw the service, was very good on the day. Overall, we have no complaints at all and would use WH Putnam again in similar circumstances.

I was satisfied with the service from beginning to end from everyone I had contact with. What I noticed was that everyone was in the loop with arrangements and I didn’t have to speak to only one person. I found the staff friendly and professional, always willing to help and take stress off me. Always willing to answer questions and provide advice and support. On the funeral day, everything went smoothly and the staff were respectful and willing to help in any way necessary and they did not rush us but allowed us time and space to grieve.

Honestly, my experience with Putnams and the team was amazing. Especially Cass and Shane, who were my absolute rocks. They took the stress out of a very stressful time and were there any time I needed anything, and ensured that everything ran perfectly. I also knew that my loved one was being taken care of, with dignity and respect, and that in itself meant the absolute world. In a difficult and painful time I felt as much at ease as I could.
